Rowton Castle Summer Wedding Photography: Emma & Tom

“We are absolutely over the moon with our wedding photos. Frank beautifully captured all of the special moments and those moments we missed on the day! Frank was so attentive leading up to the day and helped us to decide on a photographic style that suited our vision. On the day, Frank was everywhere yet nowhere and this really helped to capture the emotions. Thank you so much!" Emma & Tom

Rowton Castle Shropshire Wedding Photography

It was so great to be back at Rowton Castle photographing another stunning wedding there, this time the lovely Emma & Tom's wedding. Rowton Castle is a Grade II listed building and is considered one of the finest examples of a Victorian Gothic-style castle in the UK. The castle was designed by the renowned architect Sir George Gilbert Scott and features a number of unique architectural elements, including a turreted tower, a moat and a courtyard. Rowton Castle has a rich history dating back to the 14th century, when it was originally built as a hunting lodge. Over the years, the castle has been owned by a number of prominent families and has played a role in a number of important historical events. Today, the castle is open to the public as a luxury hotel and as you'll see from the photos below, an epic wedding venue! Set on 27 acres of beautiful gardens and parkland, which offer a stunning backdrop for weddings and events, the castle's grounds include a variety of outdoor spaces, including a formal garden, a woodland garden, and a rose garden. I just loved walking the beautiful grounds with Emma and Tom, while capturing some beautiful, natural, no-fuss portraits. Enjoy the photos!
