Birmingham Wedding Photographer – Frank Wood

Artistic, creative and natural wedding photography in Birmingham and throughout the UK

Hello I am Frank Wood an experienced Birmingham wedding photographer covering the top wedding venues this glorious second city has to offer. Being born in Birmingham, and having lived here for most of my life, I know the city well. Birmingham is a wonderful city and has a rich cultural heritage, and a very proud industrial heritage. This proud history has provided us a fabulous architectural legacy giving us a great variety of wedding venues from Digbeth’s Custard Factory with its grungy, cool graffitied streets to beautiful and intimate stately homes such as Highbury Hall and Berrow Court. I’m extremely fortunate to be a professional wedding photographer serving such an interesting location in the UK. I have photographed over 200 weddings in the Birmingham and surrounding areas in my photography career so far.

I like to photograph weddings in a natural way, focussing on the story of your day with particular emphasis on all the wonderful emotion that a wedding entails. Why not read more about my approach wedding photography?

Thank you for visiting my website. Please do have a look at weddings I have photographed in the Birmingham and surrounding areas on my blog and in my gallery.

Natural and Relaxed Wedding Photography

You can relax. Nothing is staged or posed so you won’t feel awkward having your photos taken on your wedding day. Just be yourselves!  I work unobtrusively and you won’t even notice me taking photographs for most of the day.

Enjoy every moment of your wedding day

Your wedding photos will capture all the real moments as they happen throughout the day. All the emotions, love, fun, laughter and quirkiness. These special moments, beautifully captured, will become memories for the future.

“You have managed to capture and express people’s personalities and special relationships having never met them before (my brothers and bridesmaids come to mind for some reason…) and you always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. We both really hope you enjoyed the day and want to thank you for being a part of it and for being so professional, calm, and friendly every time we have met with you.”
