Ella and Richard’s wedding took place at the lovely Warwick House Hotel in Southam, Warwickshire. Although it was quite chilly it was a beautiful, crisp autumnal day. I’d not photographed here before so I was really excited about this wedding. The venue is beautiful. The building’s history is fascinating – it used to be an eye/ear hospital back in the 19th Century which successfully treated thousands of patients. More recently in the 1930s it is believed that regular dances were held here – and what a perfect venue it would be for this.
As you can see it was a fabulous day enjoyed by all. Enjoy the photos! 🙂
Those beautiful windows….Beautiful natural light – just what I love…..
This is one my favourite photos – Ella looking stunning. A totally unchoreographed photo of a joyful bride talking with guests…
I just love the little girl’s expression in this one! Bless!
Proudly showing off the rings:
I rather like the heart shape around Ella’s shadow in this one. Totally intentional, honest 😉The lighting for the speeches was very dim. However due to superb cameras, lenses and a good technical knowledge I did not have to resort to flash photography which would have ruined the look of the photos completely (and been a total distraction for all concerned – as if giving a wedding speech is not difficult enough!).
I love this shot!
I do love a good mirror shot!
Congratulations Ella and Richard!
